Thank you for shopping with Classdi. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, promotional campaigns, inventory restocks, or fulfillment transitions, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Destinations
Classdi currently ships to customers in the United States.
We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping: 6 to 12 business days after order processing
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer may be subject to conditions such as minimum order value, destination, product type, or promotional period.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Depending on the fulfillment location and the destination of your order, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Classdi is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, unpaid customs fees, refused deliveries, or packages returned due to customs-related issues.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Classdi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment. If a refund is approved, shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building reception, mailbox area, and local carrier.

We may request photos, carrier documentation, or other information to investigate the issue.
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to high shipping volume, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or in this policy, we may contact you with updated information and, where required by law, offer you the option to accept the delay or cancel your order for a refund.
